Christmas Highlights

Does anyone else think that we should have church every Christmas?? Me too. It was fantastic. We had church at 10, which was perfect timing to open our Santa gifts and eat our snowman pancakes. For the first time Trav and I got the kids a community gift. A little worried about it but it was been such a hit. We got the boys a castle!Kyler highlights: Was soooo happy Santa got him the remote control car he had been asking for.Isaac Highights: Though you can't see it he was soooo happy that Santa brought him some Batman cars . .. he loves Batman!

Eldon also got a car from Santa. It's super cool instead of a remote control it is run by a lazer gun . .. the car follows the lazer. Super neat.

Yes he is wearing his Halloween shirt for Christmas Day. Maggie was given her very first doll from Eldon. She loves it! Best part of it...the dolls name is Baby Maggie!!!

The boys got robes for Christmas ....I love how Isaac looks like a heavy wieght boxer when he wears his.

And Santa also brought them Light Sabors. We have light shows at our house quite frequently. And sometimes some one gets hits.

Christmas was wonderful. Maybe it was because church was also on that day. Or maybe because it was filled with friends and family. Or maybe because we decided to cut back more this year. But I think mostly because the kids are getting older so everything is more magical. Hope your Christmas was fantastic too!

Christmas Eve Antics

We were able to go down to Provo the morning of Christmas Eve and spend it at my family's special Christmas Eve Program which both sets of my grandparents attend, aunt's fam, and brother and his family. It was so great to spend it with all four grandparents . .. who know how many more Christmas' I will be able to boast that!

We did the bell ringing of course! Eldon by that point was already exhausted!
Grandpa Budd was thrilled that Maggie loved him and was even more happy when she fell asleep in his arms. Then we came home and then ran over to the Williams' for the traditional fondue dinner. Then we watched Polar Express. And see that's me in the picture....the bright light at the top.

Had fun taking pictures of ourselves and then switching our faces.

Came home, set up Santa's and reindeer's goodies, put out our stockings, treasure hunted our new pjs...

Did you know Travis had a birthday in December?

We started Travis' birthday by dropping some goodies by his office. We made him some posters of Love.Drew his face on a balloon.

His highlight gift Dessert was inspired by the Cookie Monster from Rexburg

Lame birthday . . .probably but we love him!!

Remember Thanksgiving? Yeah Me Too

So far behind. . . again. Where to start to catch up...how about Thanksgiving. It was only three months ago. Well right before Thanksgiving Kimberely my cousin came up, and decided to cut off the baby girl's mullet. So this is the first snip!We were able to have Thanksgiving at my Grandparents house. We figured it might be the last chance that we might have with both of them. So we took the drive and had a fantastic time. Poor Kyler was sick the whole day though. But I have to say he was a champ! Love that little man!

Mom and Isaac being buds at the table. The other table. We are all so thrilled. But Aunt Debbie most of all, she got to sit by Travis- lucky girl!Maggie needed a rest from the festivities. I guess the reason that I love this picture sooo much was because I love her and because this is the bed I used to sleep in when I slept over at their house as a little girl. . .same bed spread and all. But also my Grandma came in and put that blanket on her so she wouldn't get too cold. So sweet.Kimberly and Isaac watching football together.

While we were down there we stayed the weekend and celebrated my father's 60th b-day. We were going to go on a couples dinner but he insisted that the children come too. Then we went to Temple Square which was so warm and perfect!!! So happy we went because last year we didn't get to see it at all. We were this happy to be there:
Steve, Vasthti, and James!!!

And all of us!

It was such a great holiday! Loved it!
